Testimonials
“Trisha is an amazing trainer! She is so kind and encouraging and never makes you feel like you’re being judged. I would highly recommend her to both novice and seasoned injectors!

When I was ready to take my career to the next level with injectables, a friend recommended Trisha.
Trisha made the entire process seamless. The didactic was extremely informative and packed full of pearls. During the hands on portion, Trisha was amazing at talking me through each injection and helping me to feel more confident in my skills. We trained on tox injections and multiple areas of Filler.
The training wasn’t rushed, and she made sure to cover every base before it was over. Since my training she has continued to reach out to see how my skills continue to develop. I am so glad I had the opportunity to train with her. In my nine years in Aesthetics and Plastics, she truly is the best! Our office will be bringing her back in to do more advanced training in the very near future.

“My goal is to train you, so that you are a better injector than I am.” This is the statement I heard several times while training with Trisha. This is also the statement that kept me motivated to learn and be engaged while learning countless ways to safely inject neuromodulators and dermal fillers in a diverse patient population.
During my training sessions with Trisha, I was able to spend time in her practice as well as mine. We saw and treated several clients, all who had different aesthetic goals. Once we listened to each patient and made a thorough assessment, Trisha would walk me through her thinking process, educating me on the “why” of each treatment and how they would impact the patients’ goals.
After carrying out individualized treatments to our clients, Trisha explained to each client their post procedure care instructions. Walking several days in Trisha’s shoes, assessing, treating, and educating patients helped tremendously with my knowledge of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and product selection while solidifying the knowledge I have accumulated from other trainings in the past.
Trisha makes the process of learning injectables fun. She is an amazing asset and mentor. She takes the time to explain any questions that may come up along the way. Her ample experience in injectables and cosmetic treatments is beyond any trainer I have met thus far. She is safe and precise. Though I may never be a “better” injector than Trisha as she stated was her goal, her continuous, safe, guidance and mentorship has played a major part in the injector I become

I had a great experience during my injector training with Trisha. I was brand new to the aesthetic world. We started with several days of didactics, which built the foundation of knowledge that I have today. I love that her first priority was always patient safety.
Trisha was extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and encouraging through the entire process. Because of her training, I feel so comfortable and confident with my injecting skills and I absolutely love doing it! I would highly recommend any new injector to start your training journey with Trisha. You will not be disappointed. –

I started in this industry as a new baby nurse and was so incredibly lucky to be able to shadow with Trisha O’Meara, NP, as I was learning my new career as a nurse injector. She has a background in plastics, over 12 years of experience in injecting, and is a wonderful teacher. My favorite thing about learning with Trisha is her patience. Prior to cosmetic injectables and plastics, Trisha worked in the ER.
This can be viewed in Trisha’s treatments – she can be lightning quick when needed and is very efficient in her time management through her workday. However, when patients need that slow and gentle treatment, or when I was new and still learning how to put needles in someone’s face, she had the utmost of patience and slow steady guidance. She never makes you feel rushed and she takes the time for you to learn in your own way in your own time.
It is paramount, that we as new injectors, invest in hands on training and it is so important that your teacher does not rush you. I have had other trainers rush me – and later – when I was by myself, I did not feel confident enough to move forward on my own. Trisha makes you feel as though you are learning in a safe place where you can ask all the questions and learn how to perform quality injections and provide quality patient care.
Trisha also gives you direct information on how to consult with your patients in a very forward, but very loving way, creating clear expectations from treatments and creating custom plans for each individual patient. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Trisha’s teachings focus on how to inject safely. Do no harm is the most important creed medical providers must follow, and in cosmetic injectables it is no less important.

I have had the privilege to work alongside Ms. O’Meara at Dermacare Hampton Roads for the past 6 years. During this time, Ms. O’Meara has not only constantly pursued her own professional growth with education and trainings, but she has excitedly devoted hours to develop a program to train other injectors within DermacareHR, as well several from other practices.
Always approachable and patient, Ms. O’Meara has expertly assessed the knowledge base and skills set of each of her trainees and has met them at their individual levels to foster growth from there. She is just as comfortable and effective teaching beginning neurotoxin and filler injectors, as she is with those who arrive with years of experience. Ms. O’Meara enthusiastically teaches the didactic and calmly guides the practical.
While Ms. O’Meara possesses a desire to continuously improve and learn new injection techniques herself, she does so with a mature attitude, maintaining patient safety at the core—and she expertly emphasizes this to her trainees at every step. She stands perfectly at the crossroads of science and art, teacher and student, confidence and humbleness.
